Blinds Fell Down With Proper Use and Installation

We purchased this set of blinds to replace our old set. The blinds were properly installed according to the instructions included. The blinds were up for less than a week when my child went to open the blinds, and the whole rail fell down, almost on top of her head. The fall damaged the blinds. Very cheap

Very cheaply made. I just leave it open because I'm afraid it will fall down if I open and close it every day. Also the twist thing broke the first week so I couldn't even open it that way.

Blinds wont rotate

We purchased 2 sets of these blinds they were easy to install but when we turn the rod to open them neither pair works, they were such a waste of money, the only way we can open them is to slide them open. We are so disappointed with this product. We cant return them because the boxes were thrown out and the blinds themselves were cut down a little to fit our space

Poor customer support for defective parts!

Bought 2, so they would meet in the middle for a 12’ sliding door. Both wands were 2 different lengths. They had no parts to replace these, and I was told to take them down and return them!

Good bargain.

Though cheaply built they're actually quite a bargain for the price charged. Manufacter states the blinds width can't be modified. I purchased 12 blinds changing width in each from 52" to 62" without any issues.

JUNK Product

Didn't even have it up for 2 months and the gears stopped spinning the slats.

Cheap stuff

It was broken within 2 days we bought it on Saturday and by Monday it was a really broken the mechanism that turns the blinds broke immediately

Terrible

Terrible quality, wasted time and money

Bad installation service for a junk product.

On top of the the nearly 12 months it took for Lowe's to deliver and arrange installation of the right product, a few short months later 2 of the 4 sets are broken and there are several slats that no longer turn with the others. Just an incredibly awful experience. Time for from curtains from anyone but Lowes. A life changingly terrible experience.
