Blinds would not rotate

junk. i had to disassemble it beyond the instructions and fix the gears because the blinds wouldn’t rotate.

I ignored a lot of the reviews because I know there are a lot of people out there that will buy cheaper things and expect the high end quality but these blinds didn't work out of the box!! It's a shame because they are exactly what I wanted for a rental property but they are definitely junk!!

Decent for price

Good for price, installed easily, but the adjustment rod falls out easily on both sets we purchased when you go to open and close them.

Blinds Fell Down With Proper Use and Installation

We purchased this set of blinds to replace our old set. The blinds were properly installed according to the instructions included. The blinds were up for less than a week when my child went to open the blinds, and the whole rail fell down, almost on top of her head. The fall damaged the blinds. Very cheap

Very cheaply made. I just leave it open because I'm afraid it will fall down if I open and close it every day. Also the twist thing broke the first week so I couldn't even open it that way.

Blinds wont rotate

We purchased 2 sets of these blinds they were easy to install but when we turn the rod to open them neither pair works, they were such a waste of money, the only way we can open them is to slide them open. We are so disappointed with this product. We cant return them because the boxes were thrown out and the blinds themselves were cut down a little to fit our space

Poor customer support for defective parts!

Bought 2, so they would meet in the middle for a 12’ sliding door. Both wands were 2 different lengths. They had no parts to replace these, and I was told to take them down and return them!
