cheap and cheerful

The lid was much weaker than I thought it was going to be. I use it for storage and not opening it all the time, if I did I assume it wouldn’t last long... but for $9 you get what you pay for.

Just what I needed

I needed a container to put my Christmas decorations in, but still, be able to lift and carry. My previous corrugated boxes were too big and combursome. These will keep my decorations in good condition till I need them this coming holiday season.

Great storage for Christmas decorations

I have over the last 3 years purchased several new decorations for Christmas. I now way too many items to just place on a shelf. These totes allowed me to combine several items together and better organize all my items.

Sturdy Storage Boxes

The bins are good, I bought 7 to organize Christmas decorations. But need a few more for other things. Of the 7 boxes 2 were missing the wire "hinge pin" that permits the lid to open and close properly. Each lid has two pins. I have some heavy gauge wire in my workshop, so repairing the boxes was not an issue for me. This could be a problem for the typical American family. Overall they are good, but check the lids before you purchase a box.

pluses and minus

I like the Commander line of storage containers and the container itself is rugged and durable however the lid is extremely flexible and the interlocking tabs can be broken off without much effort as i found out.

nice storage bins that fit shelves nicely

I have been reorganizing my garage and these bins are great. I placed items that I do not use often and zip tied them closed. They fit nicely on shelves too.

Pretty good product. Easy to open/close and may zip tie to secure. Happy with purchase.

High price for a middling product

Side wall are very thin, would not trust for a heavy duty application, Had to exchange one for a manufacturing defect on the hinge for the lid. Lots of extra plastic that I had to snap off of seams. If the were $5, I would say it was a good value, but at the current price, its too much for the quality level.

Organizing my tools

This item really helped me clean up and organize the tools I use regularly. My wife was pleasantly surprised as to how well my truck looks

Storage Totes

I really enjoy these storage Totes. With their enterlocking lids to being able to stack along with great price, you just can't beat it.

OK, not great

The box will probably serve the purpose that I bought it for, which is keeping camping supplies organized in our car for camping trips. But the box feels a bit flimsy, and we often have issues with the lid not closing. We just have to fiddle around with the alignment of the lid in order to close it.

only for lightweight use

The handles and edges break crack and break easily. I doubt they'd hold up to 50lbs as advertised and would probably crack even easier in cold temps.

Not strong.......

Looks good but not strong/durable. May be fine as a lightweight storage box but as a tote used to house everyday materials it fails miserably.
