Would Not Recommenddoes not score the tile at a 90 degree angle which will leave you wasting a lot of tile. with the money you wasted on tile you could just pay for the more expensive tile cutter.

Would Not RecommendNowhere on the box does it mention it’s only for ceramic tile! The box just says tile cutter. After breaking several porcelain tiles I decided to look online for specs of this products only to see it’s good only for ceramic tile and that all other tiles are not compatible.

A must have for ceramic straight cuts
Would RecommendAn excellent value for the money. Much more efficient than the water cutter in straight cuts for widths more than 1.5 or 2 inches. It complements the water cutter in many ways.

handle broke off
Would Not RecommendThe handle broke in a day. Scored a tile and applied pressure to snap the tile. The handle snapped off instead. All in all, made about 40 cuts on simple ceramic tile. I would consider this very light use so no excuse for such poor quality.
