I recently (w/i 1 wk) purchased a set of blinds online. The product arrived in a timely manner, however, when the package was opened, it turned out to be a frustrating disappointment. 1) all the hardware was missing, 2) even the wand was missing and 3) there were scratches/stain damage on the product. It is evident that this item was previously purchased and returned with the missing parts, so my question begs, where is the QC at Lowe's. Items returned are just shipped back out to other customer...

Would Not RecommendThey darken well enough but privacy is not great with lights on at night, flimsy, I do not expect in a year or 2 they will be functioning. If you are short, good luck with the push pull/no cords.
