Would RecommendThese bungees are great where one doesn't want a hard strap against a surface that could be easily damaged. I use these to hold a winter car cover tightly against a car to protect against the winter weather. They are quite soft with their flat elastic construction, so do not have to worry about any paint damage when the winds become strong.
