Amidst urget repair I ordered closet rod and sockets to mount it. You delivered sockets only. Worse than worthless - did not have time to go to store but if I had I would have had all parts.

Caps too tight

padding between bars for shipping is hard to remove and leaves a residue. End caps are too tight and are difficult to reinstall after mounting.
