Bought these to put into new closets and they work just fine. Nice to have them adjustable. Even the lighter weight one seems sturdy.

Would RecommendI bought this last month for a closet project. The rod seems to be pretty stable, try to test it multiple ways to stress the flexibility. seems like it can handle pretty decent load. it does warp a little bit under tension, but if just hanging up some simple clothing you shouldn't have a hard time. has a nice smooth finish and is easily applied. seems like it could probably be stained but I would recommend using high grit sanding first.
