I always purchase the 3" toggle bolts as they can be shortened if needed. My *only* request is that the 'wings' be sold seperately. Sometimes, they get bent during the installation and I tend to go through them faster than the bolts.

Would RecommendWish I knew about these sooner! For years have have fought with the walls and stud finder to hang heavier items in my home. Normally I have to find the studs, which affects where I can place items. The items that I have chose not to use the studs and use the plastic pieces that go on the screw have over time began coming out the wall as well.
