What Customers Are Saying
Customers appreciate the straightforward installation and affordable price, with many praising how simple setup is even for large windows. However, a substantial group reports significant durability concerns, particularly slats cracking or snapping and control mechanisms failing within months. While some view the blinds as good value for the cost, others find the mechanical failures and structural weaknesses frustrating given early satisfaction. Despite mixed experiences, many customers accept the trade-off between low price and longevity, though some wish they had invested in a more durable option.
