Would Not RecommendThe bar from which the blinds hand arrived damaged. I returned the item to Lowe’s however they would NOT refund the shipping charges. I wanted a replacement set because we needed the blinds, but I refuse to pay a second shipping charges. I would not recommend ordering anything that is shipped to your home. Pick it up in the store or shop elsewhere. I usually shop at Lowe’s for everything for our home needs, but I’ll shopping other places now. Sad to lose a dedicated customer over $80

5-star product, minus 2-stars for Lowe's service
Would Not RecommendThe vertical blinds are affordable and looks really good. Lowe's delivery charge is not affordable at $79. Lowe's service toward this product is very restricted. They'll sell it, but if you need to trim off a few inches in length, you're on your own. I walked into the nearby Lowe's and waited almost 30 minutes to have 4 inches trimmed. Lowe's have a cutter for blinds, but since the cutter has the Levolor name written on it, the associate told me that they are only allowed to cut Levolor blinds....
