What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these lag screws for exceptional holding power and reliability in demanding wood projects, with nearly 9 in 10 expressing strong satisfaction. Reviewers consistently highlight superior grip, aggressive threads, and the Torx drive system that prevents stripping and enables smooth installation with impact drivers. Many report successfully securing heavy components like 4x4s, deck beams, and mounts supporting over 1,000 lbs without movement. While most users install without pre-drilling, some note that dense or treated wood benefits from pilot holes and proper technique. A few mention higher pricing compared to alternatives, though most consider the performance worth the investment.

Would RecommendI have used these to attach wheels to several structures used in plays. They are inexpensive, quick to drive in with a drill, have a large diameter head with low profile and grip the wood very well. They are nice because the heads no not need a washer and do not interfere with the swiveling wheels. Wrongski
