Would RecommendGreat product. I appreciate the long lasting battery. It's also nice to have a backup battery. I wish there had been a hard case for transport.

Used to install a new metal roof. Very pleased with the power it had and how long the batteries lasted before had to swap them out. No concerns at all with this drill.

Good for home use
Perfect drill for around thehouse. I purchased for a friend who just bought his first home. It's high quality, but for professional use I use my dewalt 20v max xr.

Does it's job, battery life is lacking
Would RecommendDoes it's job, battery life is lacking. I was removing all the decking from a wood deck and have 4 batteries. The batteries all were out of life before the first one had recharged.

So far so good
Would RecommendI’ve had a Dewalt drill for about 10 years and the batteries finally gave out. This Porter Cable drill was on sale so I picked it up. So far so good. Only observation is that the drill housing feels like a cheap plastic so I hope it can survive a drop without breaking!
