What Customers Are Saying

The spline roller tool is a low-quality, plastic product that is not suitable for frequent or heavy-duty use. Many customers reported that the plastic components quickly wore out, broke, or became damaged after just a few uses. The tool is described as flimsy, unstable, and prone to causing injuries and damage. However, some customers found it adequate for occasional, light-duty use, noting it was easy to use and got the job done, considering the low price. Overall, a higher-quality metal and wood tool would likely perform better and last longer, especially for frequent screen repair work.

Good for short term.

I use this to make creases in cardboard so that I can fold and make a box of the size I need. It's a good tool for replacing your window screens.

It is all plastic and does NOT work! Had to make a run to Ace for a metal version.

Does what it says...

Would Recommend

You need this to install screen splines, that's about all there is to say about it.

cheap product

Would Not Recommend

Already wearing out after installing one screen. I should have spent the extra few bucks for a better product. Plastic is cracking and wearing down on the edge. This is what I get for being cheap.

The design and handle fits nicely, but the thing doesn't work as it should. Not enough weight to it to be effective., wold have to apply more pressure for tool to work as it should.

Cheaper than the pro model

Would Recommend

This is not high quality grade stuff but if you are only fixing a couple of screens or a screen door it is more than adequate.

Barely gets job done

You get what you pay for. The price makes it OK to recommend. The quality is very poor.

repair spline roller

Would Recommend

Great product just know that if you are using aluminum screen it will chew this up so you may only get one use out of it. It did however work very well and made putting the spline in much easier and allows you to keep the screen tight enough to stay put.

cheap as it looks

Would Not Recommend

needed a spline tool with both a convex and concave edged wheel...absolutely needed for 1/4 inch flat spline on a pool screen enclosure. should be able to get a quality tool for under $10 with decent sized handle and good size wheels with ball bearings. this cheap little plastic thing has neither.... will be returning and buying a proper tool on the Internet.

Great Tool

Would Recommend

I had to replace a screen and didn't want to spend 7 dollars for the more expensive version. It worked perfectly and I will definitely use it again.
