What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring for its stunning, realistic wood-like appearance and exceptional durability. Most describe it as beautiful and indistinguishable from real hardwood, with many noting it receives compliments and performs well in high-traffic homes with children and pets. However, installation experiences vary significantly—while many find it straightforward, others report the snapping mechanism is challenging and requires careful technique. Some mention receiving damaged planks and note the flooring is not waterproof, though overall satisfaction remains very high.

Would Not RecommendWherever Lowes are getting this shipped from they are not taking care of the merchandise. I had 3 damaged boxes and of the 3 a whole box of the planks were damaged.

TEAM mentality
Team members are always willing to jump into help a customer or help each other. It's important for me being a single woman to know that even though I'm going to be leaving alone that I will have help getting it from the store to my truck and from the cart into the bed of my truck!

Waterproof Scam
Would Not RecommendFirst I purchased (2) samples from Lowes of the Brookdale Hickory. I submerge the samples in water bucket for 48 hours. Once I removed the samples and let dry for a couple weeks. Not a single blemish, warp, bulge, stain. The samples were perfect after being submerged (2) days. This floor appeared to be bullet proof. Proceeded to purchase 90 boxes from Lowes. After completing the install. We had 3 minor mishaps. Small dog urination and my 6 yrs old spilt water on 2 occasion. All 3 areas of the ...

Very Frustrating to deal with...
Had ~800 sq ft to install=> 40 cartons of 8 planks. Opened and sorted the first dozen cartons and there were ~25 unique pictures of hickory. The issue is same patterns repeated and an equal distribution of patterns was not to be had. Some times the same box had 1 or even 2 pairs of repeat patterns. Most of the installation time was trying to figure out a random distribution. For the ~250 planks for my project why could there have not been a minimum of 10 planks of each of a unique pattern? ...

Not Waterproof!
Would Not RecommendI've had the flooring for approximately 4 years now and areas that are exposed to a little water or even an ice cube, the boards swell and buckle. Lowes sent an inspector and said "it's normal"... I don't think so! If a product is listed as waterproof, water should not cause planks to swell!
