What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring for its stunning, realistic wood-like appearance and exceptional durability. Most describe it as beautiful and indistinguishable from real hardwood, with many noting it receives compliments and performs well in high-traffic homes with children and pets. However, installation experiences vary significantly—while many find it straightforward, others report the snapping mechanism is challenging and requires careful technique. Some mention receiving damaged planks and note the flooring is not waterproof, though overall satisfaction remains very high.

70's green shag carpet GONE!
Would RecommendWaited a year or so before commenting. This flooring is FANTASTIC. Replaced an old carpet from the 70s in old 1800's house. Room is completely transformed. Love it. Flooring matches age of house beautifully. It shows no wear, very scratch resistant. Great product all around.

Flooring situation
Would RecommendOur original product turned out to be faulty. Lowes was able to replace that with a better product. Micheal, the flooring Maneger was helpful. Unfortunately the communication between the third party installer and Lowes was lacking and the process took longer than needed. Overall we are happy with how things turned out.

Beautiful and tough!
Would RecommendI selected WetProtect Herschel Hickory after testing every available waterproof laminate in both Lowes and that orange store for scratch resistance. The Herschel Hickory was better than other brands and even other colors in the Timbercraft+ line. I installed 2200 sq ft of Timbercraft + WetProtect Herschel Hickory (over the Pergo gold fanfold underlayment) throughout my new construction house. I found installation to be very straightforward. It goes down flat and tight if you do it correct...
