Ratings & Reviews for Paslode 2-in 18 -Gauge Cordless Straight Finish Nailer (Battery Included and Charger Included)

Light weight easy to use.

I received the Paslode 18 GA Cordless Straight Finish Nailer as part of the Lowe's Loop Program. It is a powerful lightweight battery operated gas fired nailer. It is capable of doing small to large finishing jobs even in tight areas. It comes with one rechargeable battery and a charger. You must purchase the Paslode cordless Finish Fuel #816007 separately available at Lowe's it comes in a two pack, one canister drives up to 1,200 nails, and up to 12,000 on a fully charged battery, and shoots 2-...

Nail Gun

This is a very nice nail gun. Great for putting up trim. I like that it come with the battery and charger. Doesn’t take long to charge and is easy to handle. Great for small jobs but might want to look into getting another battery if you have a lot to do. If you are wanting a nail gun this is a good value.

Cordless so my husband can’t procrastinate

I love that this is cordless and I don’t have to wait for my husband to turn on the air compressor or bring it to our cottage. We have a few jobs in our house that need to be finished up and I can do them myself with this. It charge very quickly it’s lightweight. I wish it would’ve come with some nails. I did have to buy those separately.

Dependable

1item arrived well works well Easy to load charges will and efficient a bit Loud for a second but it light so when you’re on a Ladder don’t have to deal with cords and the color makes it very visible.Overall Great Value and excellent experience using it on Molding.

Frequently jams and fails to fire.

This brad nailer frquently fails to fire the nail or jams. When it gets down to the last ten nails it quits completely and you have to throw them away and install a new stick of nails. If you install two sticks of nails they get jammed up where they meet and it has to be unjammed. I own two other Paslode nailers and they both work perfectly. This one is not up to their normal standards and I will be returning it very soon.

Good lightweight nail gun

I like the weight of this tool, the cost, and its manufacture quality. This tool will make my inserting of finished nails easier and faster.

Not like they used to be!

I bought the 1st one to replace the one ive had for 10yrs. It lasted about a week before the drive head got stuck out and wouldnt reteact. I took it back and got a new one...hoping it was a fluke that the 1st one broke. NOPE...not only did the 2nd one do the same thing....it actually shot the head off in pieces.....on a side note I am using genuine Paslode nails. I will be rerurn this one tomorrow and just getting my money back.
