Would RecommendI am 70 years old. I have never put on a roof on anything. My sons talked me into putting on my own roof with their help. we are into our 6th day of working but are almost done. The roof looks beautiful. The product was very easy to use. we nailed the shingles down with 6 nails each. I truly believe that i will get 30 years out of this roof. This is a very good product.

If you have a standard 3 tab shingle roof, this is the stuff. Been around since, what, forever? Still as heavy as it has ever been, carrying up a ladder. I put a little bit of the wet roof patch to hold the tabs down(when doing a repair) if there's another storm coming. Otherwise, a day or two in the sun will allow the tabs to adhere to the tar strip.

Would Not RecommendI ordered these because the picture showed a mottled appearance like my existing shingles. The specs indicated they were 36 inch 3 tab shingles. When they arrived what I got were shingles in a solid black instead of what the picture showed. They were also 39 inches (metric size). I needed to patchi some shingles and wanted approximately the same color and size of what is on my roof These were not as described.
