Works great on low pitch roof and in valley seals around nail holes acts like melted rubber when it gets hot and seals into shape and place no worries of leaks getting through

Ice shield underlayment

 Would Recommend

This underlayment is very sticky on one side, so it takes some expertise to install. It is way more protective of the roof sheeting when compared to felt paper.

Does not stick good enough

I ignored the reviews that said it did not stick should have listned. I am using it on a flat roof that I will be putting a liquid roof on I know its not meant for this but I have not put the roofing on yet just this stuff. I have rolled it out very flat & smooth Each seam over lapping on the clean joints provided. I have left it there for a few days in 90 heat. I see many spots where at the seems it is lifting up. glorified tar paper

I just spent my 4th of July weekend and a day of vacation pulling off my roof, ripping off this product, pulling off the OSB sheathing at the eves, fixing the matted insulation, and then reinstalling the sheathing, ice and water shield, and the roofing. This is after shoveling my roof for 10 years every time there was 1/2 the snow my neighbors could bear on their roofs.
