It is a good quality and the streamlined look works well in my bathroom. The 4 star rating is because I made the mistake of I requesting Lowes installation services and after over a week of trying to get through to THUMBTACK their installation service app, I gave up and did it myself. Save the aggravation and just install it yourself. If a 75 year old with no wiring experience can do it so can you.
