Defective

The light that was shipped to me does not work and Lowe's is refusing to send me a return label. They claim I have to drive 43 miles to my nearest store to return the item in person. This is not what they claim to offer for Returns on their website.

Product is nice, - a bit pricey but we thought it would work well since it is LED and they suggested you would never have to change the bulb. It says on the box 5 year warranty and it stopped working after ~3 years. HOWEVER, we can't get a replacement without the receipt. I tried calling lowes as well as the customer service number on the lamp itself and no one would help without the receipt (i only have my credit card statement with the charge listed but lowes could not find the record). Ceiling fixture clicking noise

I have installed this collection in some 6 apartments without issue. That said, my most recent install and resident is complaining about a clicking noise coming from the fixtures. I have heard it myself and while it seems to come from the fixture the only thing I can think of is a LED driver issue of some sort. Has anyone else heard this noise and if so what did you do about it?

Perfect for small foyer; I painted it gold

This adds a modern touch to my old condo without looking out of place. The brightness and light color is perfect for a small foyer - warm and bright without being overwhelming. I spray painted it gold to match my other fixtures and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I used Krylon "Gold Leaf" in the small (3 oz) size. I wanted a rich gold that wasn't yellow but also not too brassy and this color hit the spot.

died after 2 years

Remodeled our bathroom 2 years ago, both lights just burned out within 2 weeks of each other. Liked the style but this appears to be common complaint, so I will replace with something else.

Doesn't last

This light looks great and worked very well for almost a year. Then it started to flicker occasionally, this went on for a few weeks. Today, stopped working altogether. In all, we got about 13 months out of it. Called the 800 # listed in similar reviews, but they were no help. Told me to take it back to the store with my proof of purchase. Word to the wise -- don't lose track of that receipt.

Get this Light if looking for a replacement light!

This light was PERFECT! It is a Great Accent replacing my old stairway light. It looks absolutely beautiful and provides Excellent Lighting!

Not sure i would recommend.

Well, I bought the same light two months ago, installed it 6 weeks ago and the LED light burned out last week. It is not a light you can take apart and replace a part. The light lasted 6 weeks of the 5 year limited warranty. I bought another because I liked the style and hope the new one is manufactured correctly.

Not what we were expecting

In the store, on the wall the lights appeared to be 5000K, so I never looked at the box to see that they were actually 2800K. I was hoping that I just grabbed the wrong ones, but alas, it does not appear that they come in the daylight version, so they are being returned to the store. On the plus side, they are really nice lights, exactly what we were looking for (other than the color of the light).
