Would RecommendThese fittings are great. I redo our drip irrigation system nearly every year as we like to try new plant material and new arrangement designs. These fittings are very easy to work with, they go together easy and you can take them apart and reuse them. This is much easier than using hot water and barbed fittings which you have to cut apart when redoing an area in your irrigation system.

Made the fix very fast.
Makes this irritating fix super easy. I had a blade edger for my curb lawn and the smart installers put the underground water drip system right next to the cement curb just under the grass. The blade edger turned that into black yarn landing in the street. Trying to figure out what I cut into I found the sliced up supply line. Getting to the damage was not hard but putting a new section in place did not look easy to me. At Lowes an old timer showed me this part and said .... it's a low pressure ...

Would RecommendNeeded to connect a couple of 1/2" drip line hoses, and this little gem did the job, quick and easy! Be sure to keep the ends of the tubes as flat as possible, and DON'T plan on pulling this connector off if you make a mistake! I tried one, but bent up the internal one-way metal "fingers," so had to buy a second one to fix it. Lesson learned!

Would RecommendIt was a new design. Was skeptical. Product worked. I had a leak at one end because I did not cut irrigation line straight. Product can be reused by pulling back sleeve and removing tubing. Cut tubing correctly; reinserted, and all is good. I would recommended.
