Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
The ceiling light panels have mixed reviews. Some positives include satisfactory installation and results for a few customers. However, many report significant quality and sizing issues. The panels are often 1-2 inches smaller than the advertised 24" x 48" dimensions, making them difficult to properly fit. The material is described as thin, brittle, and prone to cracking or shattering, even during installation. Overall, customers recommend carefully verifying the actual product dimensions before purchasing due to the common mismatch with the advertised size.

Break resistant is a joke
Would Not RecommendWhen peeling the label off of it, my kid bumped my arm and raised the label up where the ceiling fan hit the panel. It shattered instantly.
Size not as advertised.
Would Not RecommendThe description says it is 24 x 48 but it isn't. It is only 22 1/2 inches wide so it didn't work for me.

Size not 24x48
Would Not Recommendsize is misrepresented on the Lowe's site.

Size listed incorrectly
Would Not RecommendWhile the detailed description lists the price correctly, The title in the Lowe's app / website does not. Other local home improvement stores list the product incorrectly as well. The plastic is also thinner than what I'm used to seeing with light diffuser panel. The material is very bendable but also prone to shattering. If you're looking to use this diffuser panel with drop ceiling, don't.
Incorrect size
Would Not RecommendIncorrect size delivered when ordered on line

Not 24x48
Would Not RecommendDimensions are ~22 x ~46 not 24x48 like the title says, wasted my time needing to drive 30 minutes one way and go to the store for exchange. More on the exchange disaster but that is a different story

Could Have Done Better
Would Not RecommendLowes inventory was not updated to show the exact item selected was not in stock so they substituted WITHOUT letting us know. Had to return to pick up correct item (or so we thought) only to find that still was not the correct item. This low rating reflects that and my frustration.

Cracks easily.
Would Not RecommendIt is very brittle and easy to crack. If you don't plan on cutting to size it's ok. Just be careful handling it.

Be Aware! Too SMALL! WRONG SIZE!
Would Not RecommendThe description on the webpage says its Size is 23.75-in x 47.75-in, but it's 22.5 in x 46 in in fact. And it's soft, so all four sides have to be supported to hold. It was too small for me to install.
