I feel like I get bit by mosquitoes more than the average person - they love me! I spend about 2-3 hours outside with my dogs daily so I have to use insect repellent. I hate covering myself with DEET and other repellents, so I was excited to try this product. I had read a couple of articles about the active ingredient in the Off Clip-ons, metofluthrin and it has been proven to work, so I picked one of the older, smaller models up. I can't believe how well it worked! I went from getting 10-13 bit...

If I could give it negative numbers I would!!

I just put a brand new refill into my Off clip On unit tonight, and went outside for 10 minutes. I came back in with 11 mosquito bites, and I would've had even more, but I killed at least 7 more mosquitos as soon as they landed on me. 9 of my 11 bites were on the side of my body that the clip on was attached to!!! Great concept, but does not work AT ALL.

It Works

Took these to Canada on a Fly In fishing trip. Clipped them to our pillows at night and slept great every night!!

Great product

Used when I went to Haiti for missionary work a few yrs ago. I did not get bit! Others used other natural products that were not effective. They got bit up especially at night while we slept. I left the unit on and did not get bitten!

No smell and really works!!!

Have been using it for months. The best outdoor one I have found. I bought it a year or so ago, took it out this year and was really impressed. I will try it on my boat at sunset in a couple of weeks, if it works there, I will be really impressed. This is great. I love it.

The ONLY thing I found that works!

I love hanging out on my back patio, but was bombarded by mosquitoes. I tried everything: homemade spray concoctions, citronella candles, planting lemon grass, a bug zapper, even a mosquito "bomb" that would kill the nest (which doesn't work if the nest is in your neighbors' yard!), and of course, Off! body spray. This is the only thing you can turn off and on, no smell, doesn't stain your clothes, and it actually works! LOVE! ❤️❤️❤️

Beware of refill pack compatibility

The old refills for the "teardrop-shaped" clip on AND the refills for the round shaped clip on HAVETHE SAME UPC, and they're completely incompatible with each other. The package color scheme is different, but to reuse the UPC on a different product makes no sense. Granted there are subtle hints on the package that show the 2 styles, but some of us sight-and-shopping-time-challenged older shoppers may not readily notice these differences right away. Finally, I seriously doubt that the new refills...

Stopped working within a few hours

Before i even got to needing a refill, it just stopped working. new batteries; no go. would be happy for any suggestions that might get it working again. seemed to work moderately well, while it worked.

I bought the clip-on a week ago. When I used it, is there suppose to have smell coming out from the clip? Because there isn't any smell coming out so I'm wondering if is efficient.

It Really Works!

I tried this for the first time today as the moment I walked outside earlier I started being literally attacked by mosquitos (really, even when I got up and walked away they followed me!)...My mom had recently bought the product to use at a baseball game but didn't really end up using it so I ran inside and grabbed it hoping it might help a bit. Can't even open to insert refill!

I have had this new version for months. Maybe I'm just brain dead, as my husband is too, but we can't even get the top off of it to put the insert in! What!!!!! I just keep using my "old blue" and I guess I'm protected because there are no indicators on it to know whether the insert is empty or not. Help!

Works great!

I was attending a lot of football games in South TX where there are a lot of mosquitos. I started wearing an Off Clip-on to the games and was amazed at how well it works! While other patrons were swatting at mosquitos and getting bitten, I did not have any pests to deal with wince I was wearing the Off clip-on.

I live in a South Louisiana mosquito paradise. It's so nice to be able to sit outside without applying bug spray once an hour. I'm always getting more bites than others around me and this product saves me. Even using it past the 14 days (but less than 12 hours) I still am not getting bit.

Bring back the effectives indicator light!

This is the only product that works for my husband. He is a mosquito magnet. But the new refills do not have the indicator light to know when the product is no longer effective. I know it lasts 12 hours but who is going to keep track of the minutes/hours your are using this product??? Really, that is what you want your customers to do now??

Horrible product

I have had 2 of these this year and neither were really worth carrying home. First...both had new batteries....the first one I bought just quit working after the 3rd time I used it. The second one lasted even less time. One of Off's worst products.

BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION!!!!

I have TWO old dispensers in my car for my son and I to use when we go fishing and another TWO at home that my wife and I use when gardening and lawn care. NOW NONE of these work well with the new version. Cannot tell when the cartridge is actually void of repellent. I am not buying FOUR NEW fan units. My rating is based upon the older fan unit being used with the newer cartridge version. I was a BIG fan of the old system!!!

THE LATEST MODEL IS A WASTE OF MONEY!

I've used the older bulky models and they are great! The latest round model works well too but it sucks the juice out of the batteries!!! Great smaller concept but drains the batteries after about 3 hours!

It doesn't work.

I got mosquito bites everywhere. Use the spray. You been warned so don't buy this garbage.

Bring back the old model

The new design is only good for one time use, which ends up being too expensive. You can't tell when the product is out. I'm a huge fan of the old one and was sad to see its no longer available. With the old one you could see the level of citronella and use it as needed.
