I liked that instructions were explained with words and pictures.Each piece fitted easily into others.

Having to restrain/Wipe drops of juice

I bought a few weeks ago and just tried it. I did a watermelon and the juice went everywhere even though it was locked. It kept going through any space it could. It not juice thoroughly and I had to strain the pulp after the fact. It was a waste of juice if I didn’t restrain it. I was looking forward to this being better but it was very stressful seeing how much juice came out the wrong places and how much juice went to waste.

Great purchase

Bought one over a year ago . I love it . Be smart don’t feed it too fast . I keep it very clean . Very good value for the money .

Great Product

Excellent product. I’ve been using it every morning in the last 1.5 years and it’s working without any issue. Easy to clean! I recommend it to everyone

Bought this a few months ago, used it a couple times the rubber in the juice bowl ripped can’t find a replacement for it

Would love to try. I have the regular juicer but the clean up isssss a little much. Time is everything

Terrible Machine

Terrible product. Don't do it. I reallly really regret it. It is hard to clean, hardly makes juice out of celery, apples, etc. Everything gets stuck, its heavy and bulky. I really hate juicing now. Please shop elsewhere. I am fan of nutribullet, but not a fan of this awful juicer and for the price... what a shame.

Bad design.

Whoever designed this juicer has never juiced before. It has no exit point for the pulp so you have to constantly take the machine apart to simply empty the pulp then clean it and start over takes too much time & makes a mess. Terrible purchase / design.

Good masticating juicer

I use this juicer for juicing ginger, turmeric, radishes. It works very well, creates a lot of juice. I broke the strainer and I am planning to replace the juicer or find parts for it.

Very disappointed.

After 2 months of few use the part `1.5L Pulp Basin with 3” Feed Chute` broke at the base.

TIRED ENGINE

Does anyone else experience a problem where the juicer motor sounds tired and has no power? Overall the product is good and practical, except the machine sounds like it lacks power.
