1/5 pulp basin with 3" feed chute broke

I am beyond disappointed. I bought the nutribullet juicer a while ago and this is my first time using it , the piece of it broke as I was putting in a piece of carrots . Never used it before . I tried to call customer service or parts to see if I can re-order " 1/5 pulp basin with 3" feed chute nutribullet juicer part" and I can't even buy the part by itself . The website itself is so confusing I don't even know who to get in contact with to order a replacement of that part . Just beyond disap...

pulp bin too small

Although I wish I would have purchased the Juicer Pro, for I have to keep emptying the pulp bin to often.

THE WORSE JUICER EVER

They sent a new motor and after the second use it stopped working again leaving me this the bunch of veggies and fruits I bought to juice. DO NOT BUT EVERYTHING GETS STUCK

I love it very much, It’s really quiet, not doubt, my husband work night shift and sleep during the day, I come from my job every morning to make my juice and he doesn’t hear anything, also the recipes are amazing and I haven’t get sick at all, every winter I always get sick, this juice recipe really boost my inmune system. Facing problem

It was good when it worked?

I love this juice but the mesh strain some broke while I was using it and now it doesn’t separate properly which makes it pretty useless. Is there any way to replace the mesh strain cause then I’d love it all over again

First Time Juicer

I've used my juicer once so far and it has made the best fresh juice. I plan on making many many more batches of fresh juice for me and my little ones. Our first juice was a Pineapple, Apple,Tangerine, Ginger, Lemon Juice.

It’s great, but it leaves pump inside of the drink a lot of it I had to stream it

Great juicer for the price

My husband purchased this juicer for our family. It is not all that quiet. The inside is easy to clean but the screen is the hardest to clean. The little brush that comes with it does not get in the small part of screen at the bottom. I wished the cleaning brush was better. Other than that it juices great. We use it about two or three times a week. We have made the decision to upgrade in the future to a bigger one.
