Can only handle soft fruits

The machine cannot handle veggies or roots like ginger unless you chop into very tiny pieces, which defeats the purpose. I may as well just blend. It clogs up in the middle of juicing and you have to take the entire thing apart to de-clog. Plus the body parts look really fragile.

very disappointed

Bought 2 months ago but just used first time few days ago. All the fruit/vegetable ends up on the container mixed with the juice, it really waste so much product for a little amount of juice, to try to make more juice you have to keeping squeezing the pulp what makes a huge mess and take forever. A huge disappointment because I throw the box away before testing, just trusting the brand and now I don't know what to do. i

Excellent product

I really love this juicer. I've had it for a year and I use it twice a week. Easy to assemble and clean. I bought a scrub brush and that really helps.

Stopped working mid juicing

I received this product as a gift last year and can count on one hand how many times I’ve used it. The last two times that I’ve used it, It just stops working while I’m juicing, I’m only using a few cut up fruits at a time not even whole fruits. It hasn’t turned back on in three days. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed by this product.

They really need to reconstruct the slow

This juicer doesn’t work at the capacity in what I thought it would. When using it at time it get clogged and I have to trash the fruit that gets clogged. I should’ve just went with the Nama it’s more expensive but, from the reviews this never happens with the Nama. I may just send it back and order the Nama.

bought for Christmas, died quickly

Will not turn on after three or four uses. will not reset.

Great Juicer

For the most part, I am enjoying the juicer. It is easy to assemble and easy to clean. I just wish the fruits/veggies didn’t have to be cut into such small portions. Also, it’s a little difficult to take apart.

I don’t liked 🥺

I bought the juice nutribullet and I didn't like it, unfortunately I didn't like the machine because it doesn't squeeze the liquid effectively to the fruits and vegetables, all the pulp is in the container and it's still very wet like a compote and what comes out of the liquid in the jar is really very little. I expected much more from the product because I know the brand.

The pulp basin feed broke

I bought this juicer because I thought it was quality, but the basin feed broke very easily, It seems like you can't put very hard or whole fruits like vetabel like they show in the commercials. And the worst thing is that it seems that they do not sell a replacement for this part, I hope you solve this problem to me
