Don’t do it
After having this rug for about six weeks I am even more disappointed and dissatisfied with this rug. It is AWFUL. It doesn’t look or feel soft whatsoever. It feels cheap and plastic-y. It has never laid flat and after spot cleaning it- There are actual waves/wrinkles that have gotten even worse. You can’t pay me enough to keep it. Rugs USA customer service is top notch and have offered a solution so for that I am grateful. However, just pass on this particular Rug.

Inaccurate Depiction
This rug is horrible quality. We bought a rug made of the same material and of the same thickness several years ago from Rugs USA and loved it, so we decided to buy again. However, this time the rug was paper thin and rough. I don't even want to sit on it in my living room. The quality of rugs has obviously gone completely downhill.
