Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug has an extremely bad odor. I’ve had it out for over two weeks and it still smells bad.In addition to the bad smell, I cannot get the rug to lay flat due to the folds.Disappointed

Big NO

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chemical smell has not gone away and it’s almost a month of it being out. Half the rug has fibers laying opposite direction making half look darker than the other half. Random teal and pink fibers popping through even though the rug is white and gray! I’ve purchased 2 other rugs in the past from here and loved them. This one is not the same quality. Could have spent half the price buying from a local box store.

Great Rug

So beautiful and easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time buying an area rug and it really pull it together. Have husky and hair is easy to vaccum up and easy to clean accident.

beautiful, but flawed

it looks great at first, but after about a week, I am noticing some flaws in the texture. It has a couple of lines that appear to be a gap in the weave/plush that run lengthwise though the rug. I am considering returning, but it is an 8 x 11 and seems too big to deal with. Disappointed.

Wrinkles won't come out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a couple of vintage low pile medallion type rugs from Rugs USA that I loved. This one was pretty awful. Unlike the other rugs, the material was less dense, the backing was different, the rug was wound tightly without the cardboard tube causing wrinkles lines across the entire rug that are never coming out. I just picked it up and threw it in a closet. It was also very drab to me.

Beautiful rug!

Nice Runner

This is much lighter than we expected but the length is perfect for our upstairs hallway. I would not put this in an entryway as it would show dirt from shoes easily

SOFT MUTED COLORS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The colors and pattern in this rug are nice and softly muted. The description says ivory but to me it seems more of a very very light beige and grayish blue color. Which works fine for my colors. The rug pile is low pile, but still soft.

Floral Ornament Rug

The rug is nice but after over a month of weighting the corners of the rug it still wants to curl up.

Cute print but very thin and cheap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the last 12 years I have bought NUMEROUS rugs from this webpage. They used to be thick, full, even wool often, just over all great quality. They would ship well, rolled and hardly creased. Worth every penny... NOW they pretty much all are cheap, itchy, thin, sparse and ILL SAY IT AGAIN, CHEAP LOOKING. EVEN WITH A PAD, they aren’t any better. Just kind blah and won’t ANY LESS THIN OR IMROVED QUALITY.
