Thin and cheap feeling
This is my second time purchasing this rug because I love it. But it is far from the good quality of my original which I bought a few years ago. Pretty disappointing since I paid at least $50 more this time than it cost a few years ago.

Nice rug
The rug came as pictured. It fits well in our room, soft, and has the lumps have settled well after several days. I would suggest getting a different rug mat underneath since even the premium that came with it is not very thick and only came in rectangle shape so we have to cut it to shape.

Beautiful rug but hard to remove wrinkles
Love the rug, 9’ X 12’, came rolled and well packaged. However it can not get the wrinkles out. I tried rolling it backwards, the opposite direction for 2 days. Tried putting furniture on it, other objects, like a long bench upside down. Still 2 weeks and wrinkles won’t disappear. Otherwise I would give it a 5.

Beautiful rug but bad folds from shipping
Beautiful rug but bad creasing during shipping. The rug arrived folded instead of rolled. Took over a week to get the creases/bumps out plus we had to roll it up to get the rest of the folds out.

Rug is very thin. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and the creases where it was folded haven’t laid flat yet. I’ve tried stacking books, even laying my coffee table upside down on it, but nothing has worked.
