We laid it out for a few hours with books on it to flatten, and now it's perfectly flat. The run fluffed up once we walked on it a little bit. Very happy with our purchase.

Great price and quality.
This rug was exactly what I wanted, plush, great value for the size. As a matter of fact I have just finished replacing all of my floors got rid of the carpet and have purchased 3 rugs in the last month. Good price doesn’t matter if you’re not getting the quality you want. Excellent product great price.

Beautiful and Soft

Nice rug
Love the carpet. It is thinner than I expected. That’s why I gave it 4 stars. You can rub your hand through the fibers and see the bottom of the carpet pad. Other than that the rug is soft and the same as pictured.

Beautiful at first, degrades quickly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the rug arrived it was amazing and had a nice, cozy texture/feel. But after only a few months, the parts of the rug that get stepped on the most completely lose their shaggy texture and fall flat, and end up looking much different from the parts of the rug that nobody steps on (like under coffee table) - so you're left with a rug that looks very different depending on the section of the rug. I haven't found a way to get that original shagg...

Worth the price we paid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug truly brightens up our living room. I only gave it a 3 star because it is not as fluffy as it appears to be. Other than that it looks great. Maybe shag rugs are supposed to be thin. This was my first time ever purchasing a rug because we don't have carpet. Still love it.

So far so good!
Rug looked exactly as pictured. I appreciated the room viewer option. It is thick shag and very soft. It seems good quality. I have only had it for a few weeks so we'll see how it holds up.
