Rug is great, folding it for shipping is not!
Our rug looks great, and fits well in our room, thanks in part to the ability to see the rug in our room with the virtual tool. That was super helpful! However, the new system of shipping the rug folded is a nightmare. We have had the rug for over a week and are still having to walk on the creases every day and the rug is not flat yet. Please go back to sending these rolled up!

It’s an okay buy.
It’s a nice rug.. looks nice but my problem is that the pile depth is not how it was written in the description. It’s a shag rug but not 2” inches thick.
