Cheaply made, did not lay flat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The backing on this rug never laid flat, despite all of my efforts to flatten it out. It arrived tightly rolled as expected but the backing of the actual rug is so thin and cheaply made that it doesn’t even adhere to the rug pad I also purchased. It’s bubbled up all over. Will be returning.

Hall runner rug
Bought two runners for a hallway. Pretty design but they were shipped in a tight roll and after nearly three weeks will not lie flat, wavy the whole 20 feet.

Soft and Cute
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really cute rug, I can't seem to get it to lay totally flat, has like a ridge effect from being rolled so tight, hoping it comes with time. Very easy to vacuum (which I was hoping for cat hair), a little softer than the woven version which I had previously for 2 years which we love the color and pattern but wanted something a little softer in this room.
