Love the look, wish it was thicker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because I bought this exact rug 6 months ago and I absolutely loved it so I recently decided to buy it again (one size bigger) but the material is completely different than my last rug. It isn't as plush and thick so it is pretty disappointing. I think customer service is wonderful and very helpful in the process but I just wish it would have been the same feel as my last purchase.
