Shedding and snagging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rugs are beautiful but they are shedding so bad! It's worse than having a dog! They have clogged both my Narwal and Dyson vacuums. Also, they are snagging! Purchased for living area and hallway. Very disappointed

Shedding and smelly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will be calling to return. I’ve tried since this rug was delivered to vacuum out the smell and shedding and nothing is working. This is in my baby room and I can’t keep it. I’ve never experienced anything like this before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this rug down for a week in a not high traffic area. It is plush, beautiful and nice to walk on. I don't know that it would hold up well in a high traffic area or how easy it will be to clean, but in the bedroom, it is a nice addition.

Softest knit wool rug

Not What I Thought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is pretty, but it doesn't look the same as on the website. In person it's braided..not smooth.

Mediocre Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is "fine". You can see the backing through the wool weave and the edge of the rug is thicker in some spots than others. Overall, it does the trick and doesn't look horrible but we aren't in love.

I love the style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this rug. I'm into the natural fibers and not putting more PFAS into the world. I love that it looks trendy and at the same time like something my grandmother knit. Like the 'Dude' said, "it really ties the room together."

Wool is pulling up

Can not figure out how to clean it. The fibers pill

This rug was SO beautiful when I first laid it down in my daughter’s nursery. It shed a lot but I expected that, it got dirty extremely fast just by us walking on it a few times a day, it is not in a heavily trafficked area. It wore down and is pulling a lot (the fibers are knotting, I am not sure how to explain it) it is so frustrating and I can not figure out how to clean it and how to get up the areas that have knotted.

Nice rug, faint smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this rug in a small size to see if it would work to layer underneath my current rug. I purchased to use the top side of the rug as shown, but the weave seems larger & thicker than I wanted. I discovered the backside of the rug is more what I was looking for. Not as advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super uncomfortable to walk on as you can feel in between the braided pieces. Sheds and mulches on your feet. Would not recommend.
