Very soft, but more blue than gray
This rug looks great & is nice & soft (although buy a think rug pad to put underneath if this rug will be on a hard floor), but it is definitely more BLUE than gray.

Soft and shaggy
Super cute rug, thick and still able to vacuum without it clogging the spin brush. Only down fall is there are small string like details that come out by barely pulling.
