Poor shipment packaging
Shipping packaging is very poor! Loved the carpet, but it took days to get all the seams straighten out since they fold it multiple times. It was a 9X12 crammed into a small plastic package!

Color not like the picture
I bought this rug having sorted my search for very thick rugs. I bought 2 other rugs that were in the same search group and they are great and very thick and as the picture shows. This one is thin, it's not great quality and I picked the "light blue" which looks teal in the pic, but is actually a true blue. More toward Navy blue than teal. It's fine, it's on the floor and it's too much trouble to return a rug this size, but I wouldn't buy it again. If you're just looking for something that's bas...

Perfect shag rug that goes with most styles!

It came folded, but we let it sit unfolded with nothing on it for a couple days before placing furniture on it and it last completely flat. Also, bought the premium rug pad and it makes it even more kush. My dog immediately loved it.

I love this rug. It isn't too thick and it isn't too thin. Colors are perfect. We put it in the basement and I match it up with black and white gingham pillows on leather furniture.

Not true blue
This rug is very soft and looks amazing. The only thing I wish I knew was that the blue does have a hint of aqua in it. It is not a true navy blue or royal blue. It leans toward the aqua/turquoise just a bit. It’s still a very nice blue, but I wish it were more true blue. I’m keeping it because it’s so nice, I can deal with the blue being a tad off for my decor.
