Looks great, good quality, awful smell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks even better in person. There were some pulls/tears in some of the material but mostly fits the esthetic of the rug. That being said, the musty/mildew smell is unbearable even after several treatments and a week airing outside. Will be using outdoors on my deck instead of living room due to the smell.

Love the rugs !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rugs are great, color is perfect, very organic feeling. The was a crease down the center of the 8x10 we only lasted a couple of days. I am a bit concerned about them stretching, time will tell.

Jute blend

Love the rug, the color is vibrant and goes well with the wood floor. Did not notice any significant odor when unwrapped. I was concerned about a rug holding up to our 2 cats, but so far they have not been using it as a scratching post, and as the edges are not tassels, hopefully it will stay that way. We’ve had it a few weeks, no pilling- very pleased with the rug and would buy again.

Really smelly

Hundreds of loose threads and imperfections

Ordered grey 12x16 jute rug and not happy with the hundreds of loose threads and imperfections. Need lots of trimming and super glue to make it look presentable.

Horrible, Moldy Smell

Tried to air out this rug, but to no avail. It smelled of moldy dirt and was so bad I could smell it through the plastic when it was delivered. Rugs USA has not refunded my money from the prompt return.

Great breakfast nook addition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful rug for my breakfast nook Color palette fit perfectly with my table and accessories. The pile on it is well suited to be underneath a table and chairs. Just the right size for the space.

Smelled Moldy

SMELLS TERRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

Every time I open the door I am engulfed in a putrid smell of MOLD. It is not dissipating, and I will not be able to see people in an office that smells like this. I sincerely regret buying this.

Perfect neutral!!

Great rug
