Absolutely love our rugs!

Absolutely love our new rugs. We went with 2 runner rugs and a large rectangular rug for the living room. They are beautiful. We’ve purchased 100% jute rugs in the past and they were a little rough and shed alot. But with weaving cotton into the jute rug, it has reinforced the jute making less shedding. The rug is softer and our grandchildren can play on it without getting skim irritation. Pottery barn look and quality without the price tag!

Jute Blend Area Rug

I ordered a 6’ x 9’ rug. Despite some reviews saying their rug smelled bad I did not have that experience. It had an odor for several days but it wasn’t unpleasant. I opened a window in that room. It simply wasn’t an issue. The rug looks nice on my neutral floors & our desk chair rolls easily enough on it.

Bad Smell

3 by 5 jute rug

It had a lovely initial grass scent that dissipated after a day or so (and I wish stayed on forever). It is very well made - not loosely woven - and no stray fibers or lumps in the jute. It is smooth underfoot and not splinter-y. I know the rug will eventually defeat me with a dirty appearance, since jute cannot be cleaned, but for now I am very happy and am willing to anti...

Nice 2 x 3 rug

I then put it outside on the concrete to bake in the sun. I left it for one day in the sun and it still had a smell to it. Next day I put it back out in the sun and the smell is pretty much gone now.
