Edges do not stay flat

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before buying, I checked the reviews and a lot said it was super soft and it didn’t shed and it is not soft and it does shed. Not ideal for a high traffic area.

Great texture

It's so hard to accurately judge texture when looking at a 2D image and I was thrilled to see the beautiful texture and complex palate of this braided jute rug. I'm happy with the thickness too. It's a win, especially for such a great price.

Jute sunroom and entry rigs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the way the rug looks but it does have a strong smell that has not dissipated yet. It was clear that the smaller rug would not hold up to the entryway traffic, already seeing some “tufting” with ends coming loose. Overall the service/ delivery was good. If I was needing another rug I would consider shopping with Rugs USA again.

Beautiful Rug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two runners and a 3x5 for the entry. They all came a little damp feeling, but they dried once rolled out. I’ve owned many jute rugs, and these are not quite as tightly woven as some of the other braided rugs I’ve had. They do shed but it’s more that I’m finding a dusting on my baseboards when I’m cleaning every week. There’s just a slight bit of shedding on the floor - nothing major.
