Bad quality

Accurate description of rug. Not the softest thing to touch but not as rough as you’d expect. Texture not noticeable when walking barefoot.

Jute rug

Looks old and used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just know that the shape of this is very wonky. It will never look straight. Also pieces are breaking away, so they stick up all over the place. Fortunately, it’s just in a mud room, so it can stay there for now.

Neutral, classy and perfect for our space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug has a great combination of durability and comfort. The color works with all palettes and is great over hardwood or layered (we have it layered over older berber carpet and it elevated the look of the room). Great value!

Sizing is a hot mess

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered two of the exact same rug and they are waaaaay different sizes. One rug is longer by about 5 inches, which is a problem for how I planned to use them (side by side to create two seating zones in a larger room). And the longer one runs into a radiator because it's not the right size.

Beautiful and Soft

Ordered a jute rug, heard some are really rough in the feet but this one was actually soft. My feet are highly sensitive and the rug passed my feet test. It’s really very beautiful, the natural colors makes the space look warm and cozy. Will be shopping with you guys again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice rug - looks much better in person and is softer than I expected. I like to walk barefoot in my home, and this is nice! Great value for the price, highly recommend this rug. Will be purchasing another for a home office remodel.

Great value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug will fill our small entry very nicely. The color (natural) is a bit darker than I was expecting but it still looks ok. There is still a bit of curl on one end after about a week, but it’s less of a tripping hazard than the last rug we had in this spot. The shape is a bit irregular but I was not expecting perfection at this price. I don’t have a rug pad under it and it’s fine that way (it is anchored at one end by a bench).
