Beautiful

Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the color is FAR warmer than in the pictures. After being in the room for 2 days, there are several places where the braiding is coming undone. Very disappointed.

Thick and comfy

I expected this rug to be harsh on bare feet but it has a comfortable, silky feel. The varied tones of the jute are beautiful and natural, a wonderful complement to my cork floor. The softness is good for my home office, not a high traffic area. (I would not want my cats anywhere near it!)

Jute braided rug

Purchased for a historic house museum and sees a lot of traffic, but also had to be a natural fiber in order to be historically accurate. Giving it four stars, because it has yet to hold up to the traffic. Overall, we have faith this was a good investment.

Surprisingly Soft!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is beautiful! We were looking for a durable rug that could withstand our tv room & our dogs. So good so far! It feels great to walk on, our dogs loved it a little too much & love to wrestle on it. We typically replace the rug every 6 months, we will see how much this one lasts!

Reconsider buying the warranty!

I bought my jute rug in 2022. Received it with natural imperfections because after all, it's woven jute. Its a beautiful rug but the natural imperfections over time have unraveled and more less, disintegrated. I did my best to tuck in the threading and avoid vacuuming too much over these particular areas. The last straw, I moved a chair with my husband a few months ago over a particular area to rearrange for Christmas revealling the areas of concern. Over 3 years, the areas were no longer salvag...

Love - Amazing for layering!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We layered this with our living room rug that was a bit small. it warms the room up so much and is incredible quality. We have a 10x13 jute rug, over a 7x9. it's perfect. We will probably by others for our bedrooms. it's really a wonderful rung for layering, or just as is.

Day 1 -Falling Apart

We received this rug yesterday and put it in the bedroom this morning. It’s already coming unknotted or fraying. The edging is way too sloppy. I have other jute/natural fiber rugs I’ve had for years and do not have this problem. I’m so disappointed because I love the look and feel of this rug. For the money I expected more. I’ve reached out to RugsUSA for return info.
