Great for layering, or by itself!

Even though this rug was gifted, the opinion is completely my own. I have wanted to find a neutral jute rug that I could layer under a patterned rug for years & this one is perfect! I love that it is off white so it contrasts with a second rug really well, but it even looked great by itself and gave the room a fresh look for spring. It is natural jute so there were so dark fibers & a few spots in the rug, but I have had jute rugs before so I knew that comes with the territory. I have not noticed...

I wanted to love this rug but....

I bought this 8' x 10' jute rug for our dining room to replace one that we had for 8 years. It is very soft under foot, but it has stretched out considerably and there are knots and pulled fiber pieces everywhere, so much so that it would be impossible to tuck them in and hide them. Because of this, the rug looks sloppy and of poor quality. This room does not get used very often, so there is not a lot of foot traffic. I vacuum on the highest setting but it still pulls at the fibers. Am upse...

Not as good as it looks

Bought a black one for my bedroom over a month ago. Have to keep my vacuum plugged in so that I can clean it every day. The rug sheds a phenomenal amount of fiber each time it's vacuumed and there seems to be no let up. It actually clogged my vac. Yes it looks nice, but keeping up with the maintenance is onerous. Also, the color is more blue than black--and that's not what I was looking for.

Tried to make this work

I bought this in 9 x 12 for our living room and wanted to love it in our space but was so disappointed by the shedding. We couldn’t have our son crawling on it. The fibers came off all over our clothes. This rug was falling apart bit by bit from day one. It was a huge waste of money as I can’t use it in any other room in our house. I would not recommend buying this rug at any size.

WORST RUG EVER!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I don't think I have ever written a bad review in my life, but I hate this rug SO MUCH that I just couldn't help but say something. Months later after purchasing, I am still scraping the lint off the bottom of my feet every single time I walk on it. I literally avoid walking on it because of this. Even after numerous times vacuuming and scrubbing to remove the lint from this rug, it does nothing. Looks fine, smells like formaldehyde

I am an interior designer, and have successfully recommended this to clients many many times. Never had an issue. I previously have had a sample of it in my office. But when I ordered an 8 x 11 for my own home, upon opening it, the smell of chemicals was almost overwhelming. I had to put it down anyway because the delivery guys were putting in the bed and it had to go underneath the bed. I have had the windows open in the winter in Colorado and the fan in that room on for 2 days trying to air it...

Fell apart in less than 6 months. Do not buy!

We had this rug for less than 6 months in a low traffic area and it has SIX significant holes and countless pulls in the weave. Customer service refused to offer any resolution, as they only guarantee their products for 30 days. What a waste of money and time. I’ll be shopping elsewhere for rugs.

Dark blue jute rug

Beautiful but not great quality

Love the color and the look. I feel like parts of it are already falling apart so the quality is a little lacking.
