So colorful and interesting - I got it so soften footsteps for the people in the room below and it really helps. The wool is thick and really absorbs the sounds of walking. Haven't had much shedding - just some tiny bits.

Will not last
I bought this in May. It sheds constantly and the fibers have been pulled out easily from just moving the coffee table. The rug has holes now.
