Received rug a week or so after ordering. Customer service was great. no issues with the rug yet. Does shed the wool more than i thought it would but not horrible. Very pretty to look at!

Cream parts are actually buttermilk yellow
I really really wanted to love this rug, but the parts that look like a soft cream color in the pictures were actually not cream at all. I'm not sure if the rug I received had simply been in storage for too long and the color had yellowed but something about it just reminded me of an old tshirt that used to be white and needs to be thrown out. Had to return it. :(
