Rug cake defective with white spots and the white part is yellow and a shade of grey which makes it look dirty. Sorry but we returned the rug

Plush, but color a little off

I got this rug in the neutral color. I love how plush, thick and soft the rug is, but the color is not as warm as the picture suggested. Next to my true beige/sand drapes, it looks a bit like dirty beige. Maybe it's fine after I get used to it.

Great quality and very soft, great in the bedroom. The black seemed to have transferred onto the white background while rolled up. Considered returning but that process is a hassle and the rug really is exactly what I wanted so I'm determined to make it work. After vacuuming several times it's getting better!

High quality

I love this rug so much I've actually bought it twice. It's very expensive looking, and feels plush beneath your feet. Ours is in a high-traffic area and the cream did get dirty over the course of a year and a half, so we chose to replace it with the exact same rug and color because we liked it so much. I imagine it would last much longer without pets and in a less central location. It does shed a bit, especially at first, but that doesn't bother me. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, but color a little off

Love the quality and look of the rug. Subtle and super comfortable, even without a rug pad underneath. Took off one star because expected neutral color to be lighter than it was.

I bought this as a runner for my bedroom hallway and it's perfect. Very plush and high quality. A previous review is correct: the gray/white as the picture appears is actually closer to a bluish/beige combo. Because of this I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5 but I'm still very pleased with the purchase.
