I was hoping it would be a little less white in person, but it is indeed white, not cream. I ended up returning but am going to order something very similar, but in cream!

Disappointing
This rug is very soft and I love the colors but I’ve had it for about two weeks and I can’t get it to lay flat. It is very bumpy even when I try to flatten it with heavy furniture. It ruins the whole look of the rug. Also, this rug gets dirty easily. I’d recommend for a less high traffic area to avoid your rug turning brown. Overall, pretty disappointed I wasted money on it.

Nice, plush rug
This rug is lovely and we're glad we purchased it. It's soft and plush without being too tall or thick. It did have a pretty strong chemical smell that lingered several days after it was delivered, but it did eventually fade. It also tends to not want to lay completely flat on the floor - even with heavy furniture on it, stretching it out, and holding down the ends. We're hoping over time it'll flatten itself even more.

SO Dirty
I am so sad about this rug. I spent a lot of time searching for a rug, and when we opened it, I was obsessed. we are a no shoes house, no kids, no dogs and it was FILTHY within seconds of putting it on the ground. Even walking on it with socks, it basically turns brown on the touch. I've had it for about 3 months and already have to get a new one. Don't purchase this unless you plan on deep cleaning it daily.
