Low quality
I bought this rug 3 years ago and it was so thick and soft. The whole family wanted to sleep in the living room. I tried to repurchase this same rug for another room in the house. I was very disappointed in the change in quality. It’s thin. I would suggest a substantial rug pad if you want it to be soft. It’s stark white !! White white ! My original rug was a soft white. The original backing was a quality canvas backing. The current rug had a very thin and rough back

Soft & Thick—Beautiful Rug
This rug is SO soft and thick—it's gorgeous. I had a hard time finding a rug that was thick/soft, but not full plush, and found this rug to be perfect for that. The only thing I don't like about it, is that it stains easily, and the stains are hard to remove. We had to move from our living room to bedroom, because the rug became too stained with regular foot traffic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this rug, but giving it 4 stars because the color says “natural” yet it is pure white. I have a comparison because I ordered 2 of the same exact one and one came as a “natural” (off white) color with brownish purpleish lines and the second one is pure white with black and mixed in gray lines
