The color is a beautiful creamy off-white and oh so soft. I was searching high + low for a carpet and was weary about purchasing online w a retailer I've yet to hear about, but I'm so glad I did. This was the best price on the market, and it's oh so soft! Came very clean and in fact fell asleep on it the next day.

Pretty rug
Great rug for the price. It is soft and feels good underfoot. The white/cream color has a bit more yellow tint than I was expecting, but it still looked good in my room.

Was great for the first month......
Bought this rug for our living room and I loved it at first. However, after the first month it looks beat up and old. The only part that is plush anymore is where our two couches and coffee table are. We are a pet free home and only have one kido (8). A rug should not look like this after one month. The grey fibers fall out just by walking on it and the rug itself is so smashed down that nothing I do will lift the fibers back up. So beyond disappointed with this purchase. Love everything about it but smell
