Bought this rug four months ago. Loved this rug for about two weeks. Then I started noticing it looked faded and fuzzy. Thought it might be pet fur and tried to vacuum it, without using beater brushes as instructed. No difference. Tried beater brushes -- same thing. My husband thought the soles of my slippers might be ruining it ... soon found out that what ruins it is contact of any kind. This rugs colors work perfectly in our room. The rug is thick and seems to be made well. It is a looped rug which is not what I expected from the description and pictures. So hopefully it will withstand our pets and not pull too much! So far we love it.
